1. Introduction

By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

3. Payment Terms

• Once an order is placed, the client must pay 75% of the total project budget within 2-3 working days.
• A 17% VAT and Supplementary Duty (SD) will be added to the total budget.
• The remaining 25% of the project cost is to be paid upon project completion and delivery.
• All payments must be made via the agreed-upon payment method (bank transfer, online payment, etc.), and payment confirmations should be retained.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations by the client will not be eligible for a refund of the 75% initial payment.
• IT Amadersomaj Inc. reserves the right to terminate or cancel an order if any terms are violated. In such cases, refunds may be considered based on specific situations and conditions set forth by the company.

5. Project Timeline

• IT Amadersomaj Inc. will provide estimated timelines for each project based on its complexity and client requirements.
• The company is committed to adhering to these timelines but reserves the right to extend deadlines if unforeseen circumstances arise, provided the client is informed in advance.

6. Liability

• IT Amadersomaj Inc. takes responsibility for delivering the services as agreed upon but will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the client due to delays, disruptions, or technical issues beyond the company’s control.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback throughout the project.

7. Confidentiality

• Both IT Amadersomaj Inc. and the client agree to maintain confidentiality of all project-related information unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• IT Amadersomaj Inc. ensures that all data related to client projects is handled with the utmost security.

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided will remain with IT Amadersomaj Inc. until full payment has been received.
• Upon final payment, ownership rights will transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

9. Modification of Terms

• IT Amadersomaj Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled under the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
